The company launched West Elm LOCAL in just two stores in 2013 to connect local artisans to customers. It’s been a resounding success —it has now reached more than 70 stores throughout the United States.
Each LOCAL in-store collaboration features hand-picked goods designed and crafted by local makers, which means that each store features unique products with a local flair. West Elm claims that 500 makers have taken part, producing 4,500 different products since the initiative began.

On weekdays they open from Monday to Thursday 10 AM and close at 7 PM. On Friday and Saturday it opens from 10 AM but closes at 7 PM. And on Sunday, the hours are like 11 PM to 6 PM.
